What is “Work it Out Wednesday”?
Well this is going to be my weekly post about something (anything really) workout related. This week, I want to share some of my workout tunes. I think music totally makes or breaks a workout. Have you ever tried to run to a lame mix that you have had on your ipod for about 3 years? It just doesn’t cut it.
