There’s been many times where I’ve signed up to do a new type of workout and moments before I need to leave the house, I find myself thinking; what am I supposed to wear to this??

1. Pickleball
For pickleball, it’s key to wear clothing that allows for flexibility and comfort. A lightweight tank or performance tee is ideal for keeping cool and ensuring ease of movement. Skorts or shorts with built-in liners provide comfort and practicality, while court shoes with good lateral support are crucial for quick, agile movements on the court.
