I am always strapped for time during the day, but at the same time I know the importance of making sure I get the nutrition that I need to keep me fueled. So on a recent shopping trip at Walmart, I found myself in the nutrition aisle seeking something to help me lose some of this baby weight (le sigh) and keep me going through the day. The perfect solution was a delicious protein shake using EAS Complete Protein Powder; it’s easy, it’s yummy and nutritious all at the same time.
Now the last time that I purchased a canister of protein, I had to sift through the protein powder like I was digging for treasure until I found the scoop buried at the bottom of the can. EAS Complete Protein Powder has a sealed top and scoop in the lid to avoid this, and it is much appreciated!
EAS Complete Protein Powder is a great source of protein (obviously…) but it is also supplemented with calcium, fiber, vitamins and minerals to not just help your muscles but your bones and digestive system as well. It’s a whole lot of benefits in one little scoop!
I came up with a delicious recipe to make it something that I would want to drink regularly. And then I had it! Who doesn’t like peanut butter cups? I had the ingredients already in my cupboard and I made this protein shake in less than a few minutes!
Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop EAS Complete Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Nutella
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 Tablespoon flaxseed (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing cup (I use my Magic Bullet, it works awesome for this) and blend until the ice has been broken down into a fine mixture. Then sip away!

It’s a super easy, yummy recipe that you can make at any time of the day. You can vary the ingredient amounts depending on your taste, this is just what I have found works for me and I think it tastes delicious!
Now whenever I need a snack, I look past the junk food and straight to something that tastes even better and is actually better for me. So far it’s helping to kick the cravings and lose this leftover baby weight (along with my regular workouts), I’m planning on sticking with it!
I have a few more pounds that I want to shed, and I’m working hard to reach that goal! With regular exercise and nutritious decisions (like my protein shake), I know I can get there. And that’s such a great feeling!
What kind of recipe would you throw together using EAS Complete Protein Powder? I’d love to hear your ideas below!
Until next time,
