It’s that time again!! Time for me to share this month’s goodies from GLOSSYBOX! As always, it was a great haul. And as always, I wait until the month is over so that I don’t spoil the surprise for any of you monthly beauty box subscribers!
Alright, so without chatting your ear off too much, here’s what I received in October’s Glossybox:
Let’s start from the left and work our way to the right. Here we go!
1. Tarte Lights, Camera, Flashes™ Statement Mascara – I love Tarte makeup, and this mascara was no different. It actually has two different sides to it’s brush, one with short, dense bristles and the other side has longer, firmer bristles. The shorter side is to give a nice good coat to your lashes, then you give it a 180° turn and use the other side to lengthen and separate. It actually did work really nicely! The only problem I had was that it isn’t waterproof, but most people will enjoy that little fact! For me, I just needed a good eye makeup remover 😉 (Retail: $23.00)
2. BVLGARI Eau Parfumée au thé vert Eau de Cologne – I have tried the bodywash from BVLGARI before and it was SO yummy, and this perfume was just as nice! All I can say is that it smells really good!! (Retail: $85.00)
3. SESHA Skin Therapy Rejuvenating Anti-Wrinkle Mask – This mask was so fun and different. It was actually a real, fold-out mask that you leave sit on your face for 15-30 minutes. The smell was really yummy and very relaxing. After you take the mask off, you don’t wash or anything, you just let the solution soak in, leaving your skin feel nice and tight and cool. I really liked it! (Retail: $9.00)
4. Balance Me Shine On! Tinted Lip Salve – This yummy, minty lip gloss was a great discovery by Glossybox. It has a really natural tint to it, and a good moisture as well. The ingredients include “virgin coconut oil, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, castor oil and sweet almond oil”. It’s a great add to your purse for any occasion 🙂 I’m carrying it along with me in my purse right now! (Retail: $16.50)
5. Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream – This was a really nice great moisturizer that is formulated to help with fine lines and aging. Use it twice a day for best results. It even has a yummy, fresh cucumber scent to it and feels very nice and soothing. (Retail: $42.00)
I was really happy with this month’s haul, there was all kinds of new stuff for me to try for the first time! I think if I had to choose one to purchase now, it’d probably be the SESHA mask, because I could see how after several uses, it would really do wonders for the skin.
Now that you’ve seen what a typical Glossybox can look like, you’re probably wondering where you can try it out, and how much it would be.
