With the switch from formula to table foods at around 12 months, we’ve been slowly switching bottles out for real meals. With that, it always leaves me guessing. Is she getting enough nutrition in her meals? Is she getting what she needs to help her grow? It’s really a guessing game and I hate that, especially at such a crucial age.
On a recent trip around Walmart, I found these packets in the baby section, they’re called Go & Grow by Similac® Mix-Ins™. You add them to your child’s food and with that, you are helping to ensure they are getting the nutrition they need.
With Go & Grow by Similac® Mix-Ins™ in your child’s food, they’re getting protein, fiber, along with other essential vitamins and minerals. It’s your secret weapon for added nutrition! Plus, the packets stir easily into food without changing the texture!
So how did I use these magical packets? Well naturally I had to put together one of little miss’s favorite foods and create a fun recipe with it all! I think you guys are going to enjoy my toddler-friendly banana bread that is a single serving.
