Before I got pregnant with my first I had all these glamorous ideas of how cute I’d be. I would have the perfect little round baby bump, while everything else miraculously stayed the same size. I would wear cute heals and wedges with the loose/trendy (but non-maternity) clothes I strategically stocked up on. It was going to be great. Man, was I waaaaaaaaay off! I got huge…everywhere. And anything that was non-maternity would barely even fit over my head, let alone my growing chest and huge midsection. I wasn’t expecting to have to buy a bunch of maternity clothes, so I resorted to wearing leggings and yoga pants every day with one of the few maternity tops I bought on sale. Despite my high hopes for an adorable pregnancy, I ended up being a big blob that didn’t feel cute in anything…
But, alas, there is hope!!! I stumbled upon the Old Navy Maternity website. They cleverly put together absolutely adorable maternity outfits that give me hope for the next pregnancy (not an easy task!). The best part about it is their stuff is reasonably priced, which can be hard to find when searching for maternity clothes.
Here are some of my faves:
Enjoy, cute mamas!
