I love snacking.
If I could list it on my resume, I would, because I’m really good at it. And that’s okay because I know how to snack the right way, in moderation and with good snacks. What do I mean, ‘good snacks’? Well, Crunchmaster recently reached out to me and let me try some of their famous goods that are perfect for snacking, you guessed it – the right way.
I also learned that Crunchmaster is America’s #1 selling brand of gluten free crackers. Did you know that? You might also like to know that their products are:
- Certified gluten free
- 100% whole grain
- Cholesterol free
- Low in sodium and saturated fat
- Have 0 grams of trans fat!
But all of that doesn’t mean that you’re trading flavor in for a better approach to snacking. Nope, you’re still getting deliciousness along with these better-for-you treats.
Some of my favorite snacks were their Multi-Grain Crackers. I tried them both in the Roasted Vegetable flavor, and their Original Sea Salt flavor. They were both really good, and definitely flavorful! The Roasted Vegetable crackers were great all by themselves, and definitely satisfied the craving I had in which normally I’d turn to chips or something more ‘junky’.
Now let’s say you still want chips. Well, that’s okay too. Because chips don’t have to be your traditional thought of ‘chips’. In fact, the above chips are gluten-free, saturated fat free, and have only 130 calories per serving. I know you’re thinking, “Yeah, but I want that satisfying crunchy, tasty chip snack!” And guess what, these are still it. I absolutely loved these Popped Edamame Chips from Crunchmaster, they were light and fluffy, yet thick and crispy and packed with flavor.
And for the kiddos, they have some awesome other versions of their snacks that are great with the younger crowd:
Okay, and I might have enjoyed these ones as well… But they are delicious! And the kids won’t even know that they are better for them than their old, traditional snacks. They are the Crunchmaster Grammy Crisps and their Cheezy Crisps – they’re delicious and perfect for throwing in the diaper bag, your purse, or just having out in a bowl when you’re hosting that 4th birthday party too.
Hello Delicious Recipe
Crunchmaster has put together some really tasty recipes that make the perfect addition to your table this summer. Here’s one of my favorites:
Gluten-Free Baked Hummus
- (2) 7 oz. containers of plain prepared hummus
- 1¼ cups crumbled feta cheese
- 2/3 cups chopped Kalamata olives
- 2/3 cups chopped fresh tomato
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 package Crunchmaster Original Multi-Seed Crackers or your favorite flavor
Directions:
Spread hummus evenly in an 8×8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Make sure to cover the surface evenly. In a separate bowl, lightly toss tomatoes and olives together until thoroughly blended. Layer the olives and tomatoes on top of the feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil. Then bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Serve with Crunchmaster crackers.
